I combine traditional psychotherapy with mind-body techniques in my work with individuals and couples. I bring a wellness philosophy into my counseling practice, looking for improvements rather than a focus on diagnosing pathologies.
I draw from a variety of concepts and methods. I have extensive training in mindfulness based approaches and methods originating from neurobiological research that confirm our need for relatedness, safety and security.
Having extensive experience in these and other approaches allows me to put the specific needs and issues of the client first rather than fitting the them into a specific therapeutic model.
